Sunday Service Times:
9:00 AM — Sunday School
Our Sunday mornings begin with Sunday School. We offer classes for all ages, from age 3 through adults. If you arrive for Sunday School and aren’t sure where to go, just ask someone—we’d be happy to help you find the right class.
Between Services — Fellowship Time
Between Sunday School and the worship service, we have about 15 minutes of fellowship time. This is a relaxed opportunity to grab a coffee, connect with friends, and meet new people.
10:00 AM — Worship Service
Our worship service begins at 10:00 AM. Simply head into the sanctuary and find a seat—no special instructions needed. We’re glad you’re here!
What to Expect on a Sunday Morning:
You’re Welcome Here!
Whether you’ve been part of a church before or this is your very first time, we’re glad you’re considering a visit to Providence Mennonite Church. Our church family includes people of all ages—from newborns to seniors—and on a typical Sunday morning, about 250–300 people gather to worship together. Dress comfortably. Most people wear business-casual clothing, but you’ll see a wide range of styles. You won’t feel out of place.
When you arrive, expect a warm and friendly atmosphere. During our coffee and refreshment time, someone will likely greet you and help you feel at home—but there’s no pressure. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you’d like.
Our Music
Our music is a blend of old and new. We sing both historic hymns rich in biblical truth and modern worship songs that reflect the church today. Our goal is simple: to sing together as one church, praising God with one voice. Many first-time visitors find that even if the style is new to them, the focus on meaningful, congregational worship makes it easy to join in.
Our Sermons
Preaching at Providence Mennonite Church is expositional, meaning we teach through passages of the Bible and explain what they mean and how they apply to everyday life. Sermons typically last 30–40 minutes and are Christ-centered and gospel-focused. We regularly alternate between the Old and New Testaments so that we can hear and learn from the whole counsel of Scripture. These sermons are usually delivered by one of our three pastors—Kevin, Josh, or Eric.
